We are pleased to announce the upcoming arrival of two new usability enhancements for your eBoss software: digital document signing, and system-wide task lists.
• Digital signatures with Legal esign
We are very pleased to announce our new business partnership with Legal esign. The tech firm specialises in digital signature solutions for business.
What is it?
This document signing solution will make it easier than ever to collect signed, legally-binding documents from your candidates and clients.
It allows you to share or send files or documents which can be ‘signed’ digitally, and act as a valid, legally-binding agreement.
In a time of heightened awareness over privacy matters and online security, legal esign provides one of the safest – and most convenient – ways to collect personal signatures.
How does it work?
The process is very simple. You will be able to send an email with a signable document as an attachment.
Your contact opens this document, and is then able to digitally ‘sign’ the document with a simple interaction.
As soon as this interaction has been completed, your own database records will be updated automatically.
It means that you can now send personal or legally sensitive forms and contracts to contacts, and collect signed responses easily – all from your eBoss database.

• Task Lists
Following some invaluable user feedback, we will be introducing task lists throughout the eBoss database.
What is it?
A task list is simply a new screen view on your database. It will show you all outstanding duties and issues that are awaiting a resolution.
How does it work?
To add a task to the list, you will simply click the task icon and write a brief description.
You will be able to create a new task from any page in your system.
It doesn’t matter where an individual task was created – each will be added to the central list. This makes it easier than ever before to stay ahead of outstanding duties and issues.
Added tasks then remain in the ‘live’ status, and stay on the list, until they have been resolved.
Task lists will become an integral part of your enterprise and resource management routine: giving you clear, concise feedback of what needs to be done, and when.
