RedTusk has developed a burgeoning graduate recruitment programme.

The RedTusk virtual office included the eBoss core applicant tracking system (ATS software) and our CRM database.

This deployment was further augmented with semantic search features.

The semantic search which eBoss deployed on behalf of RedTusk uses an element of machine learning in every search.

Essentially, this provided RedTusk with recruitment artificial intelligence, which works their database and CRM on behalf of consultants.

The system is intuitive, and new consultants found the process incredibly easy to learn.

Now, RedTusk’s team of recruiters can set search rules and parameters, and the semantic search engine does the rest.

As new candidates are added to the recruitment database, the semantic AI checks their qualifications against the previously programmed search rules. If any matches those rules, they are automatically added to existing shortlists.

No additional input is required from the consultant whatsoever.

Security & Core Recruitment Agency Software Features

eBoss helped RedTusk realise a modern, decentralised working environment for their agency. The goal was to deliver a “virtual office”: where consultants could work and access cloud-stored data from anywhere, any time.

This was achieved through the smart implementation of our recruitment software, plus the following security features which augment the CRM and database.

The eBoss database is protected by SHA-256 encryption as standard. It renders personal data essentially unreadable to anybody who attempts to access that information without the correct authorisation keys.

We provided the agency with end-to-end encryption communication, via our WhatsApp integration. Plus, every user has the option to enable Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and further improve the protection of their own data sets.

MFA in particular is vital to any recruitment agency which seeks to enable remote working away from a centralised office environment.
