The RedTusk virtual office included the eBoss core applicant tracking system (ATS software) and our CRM database.
This deployment was further augmented with semantic search features.
The semantic search which eBoss deployed on behalf of RedTusk uses an element of machine learning in every search.
Essentially, this provided RedTusk with recruitment artificial intelligence, which works their database and CRM on behalf of consultants.
The system is intuitive, and new consultants found the process incredibly easy to learn.
Now, RedTusk’s team of recruiters can set search rules and parameters, and the semantic search engine does the rest.
As new candidates are added to the recruitment database, the semantic AI checks their qualifications against the previously programmed search rules. If any matches those rules, they are automatically added to existing shortlists.
No additional input is required from the consultant whatsoever.
The results were improved outcomes for clients, and sharper performance across the board.
